The much-awaited summit, one of the first of its kind, to feature industry leaders across the African continent.
The African Pharma Review, a leading Africa-focused online media platform, is proud to announce its media partnership for the upcoming PharmaRegAfri Summit, scheduled for 14-17 September 2021. Organized by HubPus Events, the event will be the first virtual PharmaReg AfriSummit on the African continent and follows a series of successful Pharma Regulatory & Pharmacovigilance events across the Gulf Cooperation Council region. The four-day summit will look to serve as a “platform for pharmaceutical regulatory experts and industry professionals in the Africa region to share insights and discuss about the latest updates in the pharmaceutical regulations”. It is expected to bring together over 250 regulatory affairs professionals, supply chain, logistics, market access and pricing leaders from the pharmaceutical industry in the African region - one of the first such platforms.
The primary focus of the summit will be regulatory affairs, with discussion topics related to the betterment of the African pharma industry. The first two days are expected to bring power packed presentations by the authorities and industry leaders along with panel discussions, real-time case study presentations and country specific round table discussions, with the last two days reserved for pharmacovigilance training. The much-awaited event will feature a growing list of leading speakers across the African continent, including Nathan Seyoum, the External Medicine Dossier Assessor at the Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority, Dr. Qutaiba Al Manaseer, the Government Affairs Director for Middle East & Africa at AstraZeneca and Ahmed A.E.
